Avocado chocolate


      Brownies




    Ingredients                                          Method



      2 large ripe avocados                               Preheat oven to 180c

                                                          Sieve the cocoa, flour, baking powder
      220g high-quality milk chocolate,                   and Stevia into a large mixing bowl
      melted (optional)
                                                          Blend the Avocado in a food processor.
                                                          With the machine running, add the eggs
      2-3 teaspoon Stevia                                 one at a time and vanilla extract and
                                                          then pour in the oil. Blend the mixture
      2 large eggs                                        until the liquid is just smooth.

                                                          Stir the wet mixture into the dry
      1 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract                        ingredients and mix in the chocolate

                                                          chips. Pour into the tin and cook for 25
      100g all-purpose flour                              minutes or until a skewer comes out
                                                          clean.

      25g A good quality unsweetened                      Leave to cool
      cocoa powder (like green and
      blacks)



      1 teaspoon baking powder


      2 tablespoons avocado oil or olive
      oil


      Good quality dark chocolate, chips
      or nuts
