Pumpkin Pie with


        Stevia




    Ingredients                                          Method



      Pastry shell for 9" pie
      1 can Pure Pumpkin Pie Filling                      Preheat oven to 200c
      1 can evaporated milk
      3 eggs                                              Prepare your pastry crust.
      80 ml of Stevia or (1⁄3 cup Truvía                  Mix pumpkin, milk and eggs, vanilla,

      Baking Blend is Great for this)                     pumpkin pie spice and salt in blender.
      1 teaspoon vanilla                                  Add mixture into prepared pastry crust.
      11⁄2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
      A pinch of salt                                     Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until a
                                                          toothpick inserted into centre comes out
                                                          clean.

                                                          Cool completely on wire rack.

                                                          Add whipped cream topping if desired.
