Easy Banana Nut


    Flapjacks



    Ingredients                                          Method



      300 grams porridge oats
      2 dessert (spoons chopped nuts)
      2 dessert (spoons coconut oil)                      Melt coconut oil and peanut butter over

      60 grams bananas                                    Pack the mixture tightly into a lined
                                                          baking tin approx 1 inch thick.

                                                          Bake at 180’c for 20 minutes or until
                                                          light golden brown.

                                                          Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
