Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients Method
220g dark chocolate Preheat the oven to 180 C / Gas mark 4.
10g butter Melt chocolate and butter in a "bain-marie". At
80g plain flour the same time, in a small bowl combine the
½ teaspoon baking powder flour, baking powder and salt.
½ teaspoon sea salt In another bowl, whip the eggs with the sugar.
2 eggs Add the flour mixture. Add in the melted
170g brown sugar chocolate and stir.
½ teaspoon peppermint extract
Make small balls of dough using teaspoons.
Place them on a tray covered with baking
parchment.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated
oven.
